So, this was a last minute photo shoot, that came at an everyday white trash moment in our house! Ray, at least has clothes on! Brigham...this is his daily attire! I gave up putting on clothes, when he would run strait to the back yard, and in seconds...not even minutes....be COVERED in dirt. I decided to use the warm weather to my advantage! It has cut down on laundry, and there is nothing a little boy loves more than running around naked...which may be proof of the phrase, "some things never change!" :) They were hanging out on Ray's 4 year b-day gift...his very own saddle! Now, we just need to get him a horse to put in on! :)
Side note: LOVE the new color of paint in our kitchen! I told Steve, I had no idea I was painting a back drop...LOVE IT when that happens!
And THERE is the Brigham we all know! The little monster trapped in that little body of terror! He has single handedly done everything none of the other FOUR kids put together have done! He screams, he climbs, he's a bully...hitting, punching, biting, kicking, he eats his poop, he eats the dogs' poop, the dogs' food, plays in toilets, plays with the dog and his toys (the toy in his mouth) as they (Tex and Brigham...both with dog toy in mouth) run back and forth across the yard...yes, he truly is our little monster, tornado, hurricane, disaster, and we LOVE every minute of having him in our family! It sure has spiced things up a bit! We wouldn't mind going back to the old mold, when we have another one...but we love our little one of a kind!
And here we are in all of our white trash glory...and I just love these pictures of them! Ray with his messy face, which I probably didn't notice, because it is always messy! And Brig in his "whitey tighties!"
But, these two US marshals are having the time of their lives...riding their horse, galloping on their way, chasing new horizons, gun cocked and ready for the "bad guys"! Life is good at 4 years and at 20 months of age! And this is why the saddle was able to come before the horse, and still be such a hit! And this is also why we are glad that Brigham broke the "patren" as Roo would say...and we got two little boys to be boys together with!
Such cute pictures of your cute little cowboys! I love that they ride the saddle and don't care if there is even a horse under it! Oh and I love the paint color too....I would love to see all of your remodeling you have done. It was sure fun to see you guys this weekend!
